    Riga, Latvia (5 November 2016) — During the Fifth Meeting of Heads of Government of the Central and Eastern European Countries and China, in the context of the cooperation mechanism „16+1“, Minister of Economy Vladimir Kavarić met with the representatives of the Chinese company NUCTECH – the largest Chinese company in the sector of high technology development with its own innovations and intellectual patents.

    Managing director of NUCTECH JianHao Bian said that the company has already started cooperation with Montenegro in the framework of cooperation between the People’s Republic of China and the Central and Eastern European countries, through a donation to Montenegro Customs, and he also stated that the company wants to deepen cooperation in the security sector.

    Minister Kavarić thanked for the cooperation in the field of transport and energy. He said that one of the tasks of the Government of Montenegro is to develop the industrial production where there is an opportunity for collaboration.

    „That’s why we conduct the industry incentives policy. The best envronment for the industry development in the Eastern Europe is in Montenegro,“ Minister Kavarić said.

    An invitations to the Minister of Economy to visit NUCTECH, as well as an invitations to the representatives of the company to visit Montenegro were exchanged at the meeting.
