    Prime Minister Milo Đukanović sent on behalf of the Government of Montenegro and in his own name a letter of condolence to the Prime Minister of France Manuel Valls on the occasion of last night’s heinous terrorist attack in Nice in which dozens of innocent people were killed and seriously injured, including a large number of children.

    “This senseless act of terrorism on a day when France marked its national holiday is the attack not only on your country, but on the liberty and democracy as universal achievements of modern civilization. I want you to know that Montenegro is with you in these difficult times, as well as many other friends and partners of the great Republic of France and the great French nation,” Prime Minister’s letter of condolence reads.
