Podgorica, Montenegero (7 October 2015) – Prime Minister Milo Đukanović met yesterday with Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Israel Nimrod Rinot.
The meeting stressed the Government’s efforts towards boosting regional development, with a particular emphasis on the construction and reconstruction of facilities for wood processing and metal industry in the north of the country. In that regard, the Government will provide benefits important for attracting reputable foreign investors, the meeing concluded.
Mr Rimnot commended the Government’s contribution to development and improvement of bilateral relations between the two countries. He also commended Montenegro’s progress in the EU negotiation process and its efforts towards pursuing NATO agenda, adding that the current situation in the country testifies to the democratic maturity and overall progress of the society.
The two officials also discussed the situation in the Western Balkans and Middle East, in particular underscoring the European migrant crisis.
