Call for proposals under the IPA Cross-Croatian, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, worth over 25 million Euros, will be open until June 10.
This is the first call within the program Interreg IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020, with a budget, as stated during the Info day on program, around 67.2 million Euros.
Ana Vukadinovic from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration said that the program opens up new opportunities for partnership in the areas of improving the quality of social and health services, environmental protection and nature, improvements and risk prevention and the promotion of sustainable energy and energy efficiency.
“The first call for proposals is open until June 10 at 15 hours, and its total value is 25 million and 16 thousand Euros, of which 21.26 million are co-financing from the European Union,” Vukadinovic said.
She added that the amount of grant that can be obtained in the framework of the Program varies from 400 thousand to two million.
She reminded that Montenegro, in the previous IPA period 2007-2013, participated in two bilateral programs – with the Croatian and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
She pointed out that the ministry had opened a branch in Herceg Novi and hired a project manager, who is part of a joint secretariat and will provide support to potential applicants and future customer projects. Vukadinovic announced that branches in Banja Luka and Mostar are expected to be open.
