About corruption and cooperation tomorrow in Belgrade

In separate sessions, the Ministers of Justice will discuss the reform of the judiciary, transparency, integrity and training of judges and prosecutors; judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters: the confiscation of illegally acquired property, fundamental rights: the rights of women and children.

The interior ministers of countries in the region will discuss the topics of foreign soldiers, false asylum seekers from the Western Balkans, fighting organized crime in the context of illegal migration. They will adopt the Action Plan EU – SEE to combat illicit arms trafficking.

Within two sessions at the Forum, Vice President Markovic will have an exposure on the topic of Chapter 23:24 as well as on the subject of reform of the judiciary. On the sidelines of the forum he is to meet the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Serbia, Nikola Selakovic.

Minister Konjevic will have exposure to the regional aspect of the fight against organized crime, terrorism, and will also speak on the topic of visa and positve liberalization. On the sidelines of the forum he will meet with the Commissioner for Home Affairs Dimitris Avramapulosom and other participants of the Forum.
