Serbia and Montenegro have good and friendly relations, which are at the best level in the last 20 years, the joint assessment of Prime Minister of Serbia and Montenegro, Dusko Markovic and Aleksandar Vucic said.
Stating that it was not a coincidence that his first bilateral visit has been to Serbia, Markovic said that bilateral relations between Serbia and Montenegro, were “the best in 20 years”.
Serbian Prime Minister Vucic, he said, contributed to such relations, while current relations will be, according to Markovic, “a basis that we will build upon.”
President of the Montenegrin government said that officials of the two countries would do everything to make Serbia and Montenegro even closer.
“The allegations could be heard these days that could threaten to undermine what we have already adopted. We have to do everything together to ensure peace and stability in the Balkans, because otherwise we lose the opportunity to take advantage of development opportunities,” said Markovic at a joint press after meeting with Vucic.
