Legal analyst and Dean of Faculty for state and European studies Đorđije Blažić said that Law on implementing the agreement on free and fair elections did not entail consensus on key decisions in the Government. However, he believes that it politically implied.
There are two sides to the story.
“Legally, the Law does not entail consensus in the Government. Politically, it was implied that it does. There is no legally binding obligation, but there are ethical and political ones. Political agreement is a matter of its purpose, the law is a matter of legal system”, Blažić said to Pobjeda.
