The Supreme Court confiscated the passports of the leader of the Democratic Front (DF) Andrija Mandic and Milan Knezevic, it was confirmed from the High Court to Montenegrin Television (RTVCG).
The Special State Prosecution has proposed, as a measure of supervision, the confiscation of passports.
Mandic and Knezevic are charged with attempting terrorism at the October 2016 elections. The trial is scheduled for July 19th, 20th, and 21st.
The accused Special Prosecutor, apart from Mandic, Knezevic and Mandic’s driver Mihailo Cadjenovic, also include two Russian citizens Eduard Shishmakov and Vladimir Popov, as well as nine Serbian citizens.
The proceedings against the translator of DF Ananije Nikic are separately conducted. Croatia Awaits Revelations from Ex-PM Sanader’s Book.
