Democratic Front Member of Parliament list, that the Political Group will present in the elections on October 16, will be finished by the end of the year or at the beginning of next week, reports daily Pobjeda.
The Front source in Pobjeda said that the political group is “near the agreement” under which the quotas for the MP list would be the same as in the 2012 elections.
“This practically means that Nova would top the list, and that the Milan Knezevic’s Democratic People’s Party and the Nebojsa Medojevic’s Movement for Changes would be equally represented in the list.
The Front does not hide that list will be open for other candidates.
“Non-party personalities would also be in the list, and Workers’ Party candidate would be highly positioned since the Party is an integral part of the Front,” a source from the DF said.
Head of the list in the last presidential election was Miodrag Lekic, while the Nova headed by Andrija Mandic, among the top ten on the list, had four candidates, PZP three, a DNP two candidates. The Front leader absence would mean that the third candidate in the top ten would probably have Knezevic’s party.
