Dragisa Pesic, a member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution of Montenegro (DRI) died yesterday at the age of 62.
He was born on 8 August 1954 in Danilovgrad. In his illustrious career he was working at several significant positions. He was president of the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Podgorica, a representative in the Council of Citizens of Yugoslavia, finance minister and prime minister of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY).
He was an MP in the Parliament of the Republic of Montenegro and the chairman of the Committee for Economy, Finance and Budget. He was appointed a member of DRI Senate in December 2007.
He was married and had two children.
The funeral will take place on 10 September 2016 at 3pm, in the village of Frutak – Danilovgrad.
