Crnogorski Telekom has achieved the best results in terms of the quality of voice services and data transmission in the mobile network during the testing conducted by the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (EKIP) at the end of 2015 and early 2016.
The measurements were carried out simultaneously for all three operators at major roads and in urban areas, in accordance with the standards and rules on the quality of public electronic communication services.
All operators have met the recommended values of the mobile network quality parameters, which proves the high quality of telecommunication services in Montenegro.
Crnogorski Telekom has achieved the best results in the most of the measured parameters.
“Among other things, the results show that Crnogorski Telekom has the most successful establishment of voice calls and the smallest number of interrupted calls. The superiority of the Crnogorski Telekom’s mobile network is has been particularly evident when it comes to data exchange. Our download speeds in towns are up to three times higher than the competition’s, whereas upload speeds are up to four times higher. On the roads, significant advantage has also been recorded – two times higher download speeds and up to five times higher upload speeds”, Telekom stated.
As the company stated, the testing confirmed the quality of its services in the mobile segment and further justified its epithet of the best networks, which had also been achieved during P3 measurement last year when Telekom’s mobile network had scored the best results and won the Best in Test certificate.
“We will continue to invest in our network in order to continue providing a wide range of high-quality service by using advanced telecommunication infrastructure at our disposal”, Crnogorski Telekom stated.
