Fuel price rises



Prices of gasoline and Euro diesel from midnight to rise for 5 cents, the Ministry of Economy says for the agency Mina-business.

Eurosuper 98 and 95 in the next two weeks will cost 1.15 euros, or 1.12 euros per liter.

A liter of Eurodiesel will cost 97 cents.

As of midnight the price of fuel oil for heating and wholesale will rise as well, for five or four cents, so in the next 15 days it will cost 67 cents or 94 cents.

The last fuel price change was on May 5.

Maximum retail prices of fuel in Montenegro are harmonized every second Monday, depending on the change in prices of petroleum products on the international market (Mediterranean Platt’s Ground) and currency relations between the euro and the US dollar.

The Ministry announced that, in accordance with the Regulation on the method of maximum retail prices of petroleum products, following the calculation performed on June 13, and possibly altered value of petroleum products shall be valid from 14 June.
