Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic announced that tonight he will himself propose the names of ministers for the new government of electoral trust if the opposition don’t agree mutually by then.

He added that the Constitution obliges him for such a move and said that he will talk with representatives of the opposition during the day.

Djukanovic said that further steps of opposition depend on the decisions of the opposition.

“They need to rethink from the angle of their interests and responsibilities of their parties for the democratic development of Montenegro,” Djukanovic said, with the assessment that the SNP is considered a signatory of the Agreement.

The Prime Minister said he respects that the SNP decided to sign the agreement by the decision of their bodies with a couple of days late.

“Whatever the epilogue regarding the choice of the Government I think that the fact that the agreement is being signed is very good for a democratic development of Montenegro”, said Djukanovic, reports Mina.

Commenting on the decision of the Democratic Front (DF) that its deputies attend the parliamentary session at which the election of the new Government and the impeachment of the President of Parliament Ranko Krivokapic will be discussed, Djukanovic reiterated that DF was never supposed to leave the Parliament.
