“When you replace using a meadow with using outside WC, it represents a civilising ascent. And when you learn to use the hole in the wc, then it is a cultural ascent”. Thus deputy prime minister Petar Ivanovic responded to one of the Key coalition leaders, Srdjan Milic, who said that DPS did not represent competition for the coalition because they cannot consider as competitor “someone who cannot answer who was smoking at public expense for a year” and “someone who was stealing mobile phones across Europe and then came to be the agriculture minister”.

Ivanovic said that at the promotion rally in Cetinje, Milic claimed that DPS did not represent competition for the coalition with the arrogance which is, as he put it, characteristic for wannabe politicians.

“How someone who refuses to answer who was smoking at public expense for a year can be our competitor? How someone who was stealing mobile phones across Europe and then came to be the agriculture minister can be our competitor?”, Ivanovic cited Milic.

Then, he answered:

“Reading those poor lines said at the poorly attended rally, I remembered dear professor Bosko Gluscevic. During a lecture, explaining the difference between civilisation and culture, he said: ‘ When you replace using a meadow with using outside WC, it represents a civilising ascent. And when you learn to use the hole in the wc, then it is a cultural ascent’. I wish Mr. Milic a lot of luck on the path of his own civilising and cultural ascent”, Ivanovic said.
