Disclosure of information in the case of murder of the owner of daily “Dan” Dusko Jovanovic, has inflicted enormous damage to the process, Chief Special Prosecutor, Milivoje Katnic said before the Committee for supervision of investigation of cases endangering the safety of journalists and media houses. The hearing of the Supreme State Prosecutor Ivica Stankovic is currently underway.
Stankovic said that they accepted the invitation in order to inform MPs about the cases of attacks on journalists.
“As you know, a specific cause was a report from a private detective relating to the murder of Dusko Jovanovic. And in this case, the Prosecution claimed as in all other cases. The report contains no evidence of the murder of Dusko Jovanovic, but it does not mean that the Prosecution does not investigate claims in the report, ” Stankovic said.
Stanković said that the unsolved murder of a warning for Justice of Montenegro. “That’s why I will do everything to make the case Jovanović, but other murder cases have been clarified,” he said.
