Working group made of representatives of the authorities and part of the opposition is finalizing the text of lex specialis, which is a condition of SDP, URA and DEMOS in order for the agreement on free and fair elections to be signed and a parliament meeting scheduled on which, among other things, new members of the government will be discussed.
Parliament member from SDP Rasko Konjevic said for Antena M that lex specialis might be finalized even today.
„A group of legal experts which is on behalf of political parties working on creation of this document is nearing its end and my expectation is that today or during the weekend this legal act might be finalized, which would be then sent to the Parliament, and at the same time the prime minister would send a request for another topic to be discussed and that meeting would be scheduled with three official topics which the public would be notified about in advance”, he said.
Konjevic said that he doesn’t expect that anything in this document might be dubious to any of the political parties.
Political director of DPS Tarzan Milosevic said last night in an interview to Atlas television that there are some technical issues but they cannot jeopardize the adoption of the law.
He also emphasized that DPS believes that Pozitivna belongs to the opposition and should get positions from opposition’s quotas.
As the leader of SNP Srdjan Milic said earlier, his party will not sign the Agreement on free and fair elections, but there’s a big chance that they will support lex specialis in the parliament.
