Law enforcement priority

Through the NATO process Montenegro enters a new phase of democratic development where will be dominantly insisted on results, reform and law enforcement, said during his stay in Germany SDP president Ranko Krivokapic.

As announced by the SDP, at the invitation of the Social Democratic Party of Germany SPD -SPD Krivokapic attended the SPD Congress which was held in Berlin from 9 to 12 December.

Krivokapic in Berlin was a guest of the International Conference “Shaping the future in a Challenging Time,” organized by the SPD on the eve of the Congress. The conference was attended by Martin Schulz, president of the European Parliament, Frank-Walter Steinmeier Foreign Minister of Germany, former Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

On the sidelines of the Conference and the Congress, Krivokapic met with European Parliament President Martin Schulz, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Mikael Roth, chairman of the Party of European Socialists Sergey Stanishev, the deputies of the Bundestag and the Rapporteurs of the Bundestag for South Eastern Europe Ditmar Nitan and Josip Juratovic. As announced the SDP, Krivokapic conveyed gratitude for the Greman support for Montenegro on its path towards NATO, stressing in particular the great German contribution regarding the NATO membership invitation for Montenegro.
