Vice Prime Minister Duško Marković said that he would not like to see the opposition leave the Government, but if that should happen, the executive branch will carry on in accordance with the Constitution and legislation.
After the Parliament has passed the decision on accepting shareholders contract between Montenegro and A2A, GP URA announced that they would probably leave the Government.
Marković said to TVCG that DPS and partners wish that the opposition remain in the Government.
“Leaving Government would mean breaking basic concepts of the Agreement”, he said.
“Should they decide to leave, the Government will continue to do its job in accordance with the Constitution and in full capacity in order to prepare for elections”, Marković added.
