The director of the Employment Agency of Montenegro (ZZZCG) Rade Milosevic filed a criminal complaint to the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office (VDT) against the former director of the institution Vukica Jelic because of, as he said, the abuse of office and negligent work.
Milosevic claims that Jelic enabled her husband Zoran Jelic, who until recently worked as an independent advisor in the ZZZCG, to receive a salary while not coming to work.
Milosevic submitted to the prosecution evidence for six months, and he suspects, as he said, that this has occurred since 2012 when Jelic started working.
In a response signed by the Assistant Director of the Institute Danilo Vojinovic, it was said that Jelic was assigned the duties of the official but also served as a deputy in the Parliament, in accordance with the law.
Vojinovic claims that there was no abuse in this engagement and that it is evident from the fact that Jelic’s MP salary has been reduced for the amount of his salary in ZZZCG. He pointed out that it is not true that Jelic was not coming to work and that, on the contrary, he performed his tasks in accordance with the regulations.
