Montenegro is just a few steps away from NATO, the Hungarian diplomat claims. The opposition leaders agree a national unity government.The Privatization Council approves the privatization plan for 2015.
In coming months, the government of Montenegro, the parliament and the NGOs should concentrate on the fulfillment of the tasks for obtaining the NATO invitations, the Hungarian Ambassador to Montenegro, Christian Poša, said. He added that Montenegro is just a few steps away from NATO.
The leaders of the main opposition parties the Democratic Front Party and the Socialist People’s Party, Miodrag Lekic and Srdjan Milic, on Monday discussed the formation of a government of national unity. “That cabinet, based on full legitimacy of support form the Parliament, and what is more important, to the full support of the citizens, should be aimed to stop the economic collapse of the society,” Lekic said.
The Council for Privatization and Capital Projects, on Monday’s session chaired by the Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, drafted the privatization plan for 2015. According to the proposed projection, the main objectives of privatization include increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of companies, encouraging foreign investment and entrepreneurship, stimulating economic growth, job creation and improving living standards of the population.
