Montenegrin man leads one of the largest drug cartel in Australia. Opposition calls for anti-government protests. Czech Republic strongly support Montenegro’s NATO bid.
A man from Montenegro’s capital Podgorica, aged 55, was allegedly the head of one of the world’s largest drug cartel, which is engaged in the smuggling of tons of heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and kanabisa, Australian media theaustralian.com.au reported on Sunday.
All previous models of the opposition action for dismissal regime proved to be unsuccessful in terms of electoral fraud, pressure and blackmails, which is why the Democratic Front has decided to orgnize protests which would lead to the first fair elections, the Front’s official Andrija Mandic said.
Czech Republic strongly supports NATO’s open door policy, said Czech Ambassador in Montenegro Ivana Hlavsa, adding that she hope that by the end of the this year, NATO’s North Atlantic Council assesment on Montenegro’s memebrship will be positive.
