Serbian tycoon sells off his property in Podgorica; local governments owe parties over 850,000 euro; Prime Minister Djukanovic to host NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
Serbian businessman Miroslav Miskovic plans to sell the largest shopping mall in Montenegro, Delta City in Podgorica. Miskovic’s Delta holding company is also negotiating the sale of the shopping mall Delta City in Belgrade.
Local governments in Montenegro owe to political parties over 850 thousand euros, and the rulling Democratic Party of Socialists claims most of the total amount, over 390 thousand euros.
Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic and Deputy Prime Minister Dusko Markovic will host NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Wednesday and Thursday in Podgorica. During his stay in Montenegro, the NATO Secretary General will also meet with Montenegro’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Igor Luksic and Defence Minister Milica Pejanovic-Đurisic.
