Montenegro expects more Chinese tourists. Latest terror attacks in Tunisia raise concerns in Montenegro. NATO praises Montenegro’s contribution to ISAF mission in Afghanistan.
Montenegro will see more tourists from China in future, a meeting between the Minister of Tourism and Sustainable Development, Branimir Gvozdenovic, and a delegation from China led by Ambassador to Montenegro, Cui Zhiwei, concluded. “China has great potential and we expect more tourists and new investments from the country in the coming period,” Gvozdenovic said.
The latest terrorist attacks show the necessity of constant regional cooperation among security agencies and cooperation with partner organisations, the chairman of the Parliamentary Security and Defence Committee, Mevludin Nuhodzic, said. He added that the latest terrorist attacks in France, Tunisia and Kuwait clearly demonstrated that terrorism was a global problem and that there was no guarantee it could not happen anywhere in the world.
The contribution of Montenegrin Armed Forces to the ISAF mission in Afghanistan is significant as the contribution of the countries that have a lot more troops, NATO chief’s office said. The Montenegrin armed forces perfectly fit into the NATO system in Afghanistan, and no representatives of NATO member states complained about its soldiers.
