Abu Dhabi Fund approves 50 million euro loan for Montenegrin agriculture.Montenegro to appoint special prosecutor for organize crime. Chinese to hire locals for highway construction.
Montenegro will expand exports of agricultural products and open up to 2,000 new jobs thanks to the Abu Dhabi Development Fund loan worth 50 million dollars. The fund’s director Mohamed Al Suvaidi and Montenegrin Agriculture Minister Petar Ivanovic signed the loan agreement on Thursdy.
Candidates who have applied for the post of the pecial prosecutor for organize crime and corruption are highly qualified professionals with references, Montenegro’s Surpreme State Prosecutor, Ivica Stankovic, said. He expects the chief special prosecutor will be appointed during this month.
The Chinese company CRBC engaged in the construction of Montenegrin highway plans to hire 260 workers from the town of Kolasin, in the north of the country. The company mainy seeks low-skilled construction workers, artisans and drivers.
