Djukanovic’s party wants to quit coalition for the next election. The Constitutional Court rules against new tax fees in Budva. United opposition wins elections, MP say
The governing Democratic Party of Socialists, DPS, plans to run on its own at the upcoming general elections, and that is why the party already has restored a significant part of its personnel infrastructure, the party’s political director Tarzan Milosevic said.
Montenegrin Constitutional Court ruled that the Municipal Assembly of Budva exceeded the legal authority by adopting the provisions of the property tax which prescribes s fee for the buildings under construction, contrary to the Law on Property Tax.
Head of the opposition Socialist People’s Party’s caucus in the parliament, Aleksandar Damjanovic, stated that a joint opposition list will certainly won the parliamentary elections.
