Anti-NATO activists protest over allied ship in the Montenegro’s bay. Italian employer’s organization to open branch office in Montenegro. Montenegro’s citizens donate 260,000 euros to Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Several dozen supporters of the peace movement ‘No to war, no to NATO’, NAGO Resistance dictatorial regime and the Movement for neutrality protested on Wednesday due to because of arrival of the Italian aircraft carrier “Cavour” in the Bay of Kotor. NATO aircraft carrier started its five-day visit to Montenegro on Monday.
The main Italian association representing manufacturing and service companies, Confindustria, is about to open its branch office in Montenegro. The President of Confindustria, Giorgio Squinzi, said the organisation is highly interested in investing in Montenegro.
After half a year, First Bank of Montenegro ended its ampaign of collecting financial assistance to the population affected by the floods in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Citizens, firms and institutions from Montenegro donated round 260,000 euros for flood relief.
