Democratic Front (DF) protests are more numerous each day, and the chances of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and the Government to be stubborn are getting smaller, DF deputy Predrag Bulatovic said, calling Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic to resign.
He said that the DF continues with a protest rally outside the Parliament of Montenegro, 24 hours every day, as well as with a political rally in 18 hours and 30 minutes.
Marches held in 14 Montenegrin cities Bulatovic rated as very successful, saying that their requests got the support of many citizens.
“The political positions in each of these municipalities are early elections both local and parliamentary, because all local elections in all municipalities where the DPS in power were brutally robbed too,” said Bulatovic.
According to him, the success of protest marches was also in the fact that, contrary to the law, the Ministry of Interior issued a ban on these walks.
“Nevertheless, we kept walking. They were in accordance with the law, with a large number of citizens, and will be organized in all of those towns again on Thursday “d Bulatovic said.
He states that after yesterday’s session of the Legislative Committee, everybody can see what the Parliament of Montenegro looks like.
“You can see that after these protest marches the Assembly can’t operate at full capacity. Yesterday they attempted to reformulate the so-called working group for dialogue on the conditions for maintaining the elections. I say reformulate, because the decision brought in July has failed, and now they are trying to make another one “Bulatovic said.
