According to daily ‘’Pobjeda’’ , a parliamentary session at which the removal of immunity of three DF MPs is to be discussed, should be held by the end of this year. As potential dates are stated 23rd or 28th of December.
Assembly should discuss this request within the last item on the agenda – the elections and appointments. State Prosecutor’s Office is asking for removal of immunity of Mandic and Radunovic on suspicion of calling for violent change of the constitutional order in the protest in front of Montenegrin Parliament, while the Basic State Prosecutor seeks removal of immunity of Knezevic on suspicion of attacking an authorized official during a protest in Podgorica.
DF MP Milan Knezevic told daily Pobjeda he and his colleagues would not call on immunity. He said that the blitz announcement of the Administrative Committee of removal of immunity marked him and his colleagues as the biggest criminals.
