Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic has sent a draft agreement on creating conditions for free and fair elections to all parliamentary parties, which is, as he has said, the result of joint work and the harmonisation process carried out with interested political entities, CdM learns.
Although Vijesti has reported that Djukanovic signed the agreement, he has actually sent a cover letter with the draft agreement to the Positive Montenegro (PCG), the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Demos and URA Civic Movement.
PCG has also published at its Facebook page that the prime minister sent the draft agreement on creating conditions for free and fair elections.
“The cover letter has been signed, not the agreement. The draft agreement has been sent to all participants of the parliamentary dialogue, including the Positive Montenegro. As for the reporting of the Vijesti media group, it shows its professionalism. Miserable, sad and untrue, as always”, PCG has written.
In the draft agreement the CdM news portal has an access to, there is no indictments on dismissal of the public broadcaster RTCG’s management, but it says that the signatories of the agreement are to launch an initiative to amend the three laws on radio broadcasting services and electronic media through their caucuses in the Parliament, in order to eliminate the shortcomings of the current legal framework in the field of media.
