Interior Minister, Goran Danilovic said it would be good if the representatives of the Ministry of Interior had a joint session with representatives of the State Election Commission (SEC).
At today’s session of the parliamentary Committee for monitoring the electoral laws at which the electoral roll is discussed, Danilovic said that the Ministry of Interior and SEC have poor communication and cooperation.
To recall, the committee is now discussing the electoral roll at two sessions. The first session is with the representatives of the Ministry and the second one is with the representatives of State Election Commission (SEC).
Danilovic also announced that representatives of the French company that supplied the AFIS system would arrive tomorrow, after which the public would be informed about the new data in the electoral register.
He recalled the fact that polling place for more than 120,000 people was changed, and appealed to be informed on time about the place of voting.
