First apartments within the newest luxury location on the Adriatic Sea, Portonovi, have started selling today.
As they said in Azmont Portonovi, luxury project is worth 650 million EUR, and it has been created to attract attention to Montenegro, specifically, Bay of Kotor. First opening will happen in the second half of 2017.
133 apartments have been put on sale today, 89 of which in the Lower Village, and 24 in the Marina. They will all be ready for moving in in the second half of 2017.
“We are creating a destination that will surpass expectations, and give some of the best experiences of today, becoming a measure of quality in the future”, said Ahmet Erentok, president of Board of Director of Azmont Investments, that owns Portonovi.
“We already have enough reason to believe that the sale will be successful, and we are looking forward to meet the first citizens of Portonovi next year”, he added.
Sophisticated real estate in the exclusive part of the bay are characterized by spectacular views; this is also a perfect location for super yachting and exploration of a the long and magnificent shore.
Spectacular resort will have 290 units – luxury real estate that are placed in the heart of Portonovi have Mediterranean style, gardens, penthouses looking at marina.
Future owners in Portonovi will have a chance to pick between different options, created by architects from companies Harper Downie and CallisonRTKL.
Harrods Interiors is a company that was in charge of preparing the interiors Lower Village. Clients will have the opportunity to choose furniture, wallpapers, and Harrods Interiors will help them create a home in Montenegro.
Portonovi will be the home of the first One&Only in Europe.
Interiors were given to Jean-Michel Gathy, in charge of company Dennistons. One&Only Portonovi will have 140 luxury rooms and villas, as well as Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa.
Portonovi Marina will have 220 moorings for yachts and superyachts. This will be one of the most protected marinas in the region with great view of the Adriatic and paths to Croatian islands. The main part of Marina will be Portonovi Yacht Club, dedicated to members. Winch Design from Britain was in charge of creating it.
