Ministry for Information Society and Telecommunications and the Protector of property interests filed yesterday criminal charges against a public executor from Podgorica, Aleksandar Konstantin Zloković, and several unidentified persons on suspicion that they used a forged court judgment to “alleviate” the account of the Ministry for 263 thousand euros.
“There reason to believe that from March 31 to July 5, Zlokovic as a public official, and unidentified persons as perpetrators and accomplices, aware that they were doing a crime, carried out in an organized fashion the criminal offense of abuse of office, as well as acts of falsification of documents, fraud, incitement to false verification of content and falsification of official documents, which caused damage to the state of Montenegro in the amount of 263 thousand euros”, as written in criminal charges filed to the special Prosecutor for organized Crime, to which Pobjeda daily had access.
According to Pobjeda’s findings, criminal charges against Zloković, otherwise the first president of the Chamber of bailiffs, were also filed by the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro.
His crime was discovered on Monday, when the Ministry of Information Technologies found out that a total of 263 thousand euros was removed from its account, based on the alleged court ruling from a case they were never involved in!
