Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Protection are in accordance with the Constitution, has decided the Constitutional Court of Montenegro today, learned agency Mina.
The law fees are reduced from 336 to 264, i.e. from 192 to 144 euros, which is why their beneficiary protest from March 2 in front of the Montenegrin Parliament, and some of them are ten days on hunger strike.
They said they would protest until their fees are return to the previous amount.
The Montenegrin government has previously estimated that the amendments to the Law on Social and Child Protection are in accordance with the Constitution and the legal order of state.
The official decision will be published during the day on the website of the Constitutional Court.
