Rodic’s phones are handed over to police for expert witnessing

The phones of the lawyer Goran Rodic have been handed over to the police for expert witnessing today, in the presence of representatives of the Bar Association, as required by the Law on Advocacy, TV Montenegro learns.

The Bar Association previously warned that Rodic’s office had been unlawfully searched because the procedure was not properly conducted regarding the fact the a representative of the Bar Association was not present there.

The Special Prosecution, as confirmed by Milivoje Katnic yesterday, suspected Rodic of organizing a criminal group to instigate bribery.

Rodic said in a statement earlier that he was not a lawyer who deals with the cases and “ends up” in the “Balkan way”. He also announced that he was at the disposal of the Prosecution, in order to be determined as soon as possible that the charges on his account were false.
