The session of the Parliament where the draft law on the implementation of the Agreement on creation of conditions for free and fair elections (lex specialis), changes in the composition of the government and the dismissal of Krivokapic were suppose to be discussed, has been postponed until further notice.

This was stated to journalists after the session of the Collegium of the President of the Parliament.

As noted, the lex specialis “has no value” without proposal for changes in the government and therefore the session can not begin until Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic does not submit the document.

We remind that session of the Legislative Committee that was supposed to discuss the lex specialis was cnceled earlier.

President of the Board Draginja Vuksanovic said that the session was canceled because the proponents of the lex specialis Goran Danilovic and Dritan Abazovic have not come to the session.

Abazovic said for TVCG that he is ready to withdraw the proposal of lex specialis until he gets the opinion of the Democratic Party of Socialists on which list of opposition proposals for Ministers is legitimate for the party.

Until then, he said, he will not attend sessions of the parliamentary bodies.
