The 4th Southern Soul Festival, that started on June 30th on Velika plaža in Ulcinj, in the space of Dolcinium Kite Club, ended yesterday with traditional back to back sets of all DJs that stayed at the Festival.

Soul, funk, jazz, disco house rhythms were heard from three stages – Main, Bar and Organic. Many bands fascinated the audience, such as Ed Motta, Peven Everett, Yussef Kamaal Trio, Marcos Valle, Dayme Arocena, Nocola Conte and Stefania Di Pierro.. As well as DJs such as Dom Servini, Spacewalker, Phillie P, Patrick Forge, Kev Beadle, Dee Brown, Kiko Navarro, Rich Medina, Rainer Trueby, Paul Murphy, Mucho Soul, Shuya Okino, Eddy Ramich, Saint James…

“Southern Soul confirmed its status as one of the best boutique festival in this part of Europe. We had 12 000 visitors during the fourth day of the festival, from all over the world. Exciting lineup kept the audience awake until the early morning hours”, festival’s press release reads.

Aside from great musical program, visitors enjoyed beach volleyball, yoga, games of luck..

“The lineup was created by a team of well respected musicians, DJs, critics from all over the world. It is a result of great work and research, and this year it reached a level of consistency, education and fun, by following all music trends of jazz and soul music”, organizers said.
