The first FlyDubai’s low-cost flight from the United Arab Emirates to Montenegro (Dubai-Tivat) is scheduled for 3 October. CdM learns that the plane of the low cost company, founded by the Government of Dubai, is expected to land on Tivat airport shortly after 1pm. The return from Tivat to Dubai is scheduled for Wednesday, 8 October.
The state-owned company FlyDubai was founded in 2008 and began to operate a year later, after providing 50 Boeing 737-800s for $3.74bn.
In 2013, the company commissioned additional 50 Boeing planes for $11.4bn and completed the fleet in 2014 with 86 Boeing aircrafts worth $8.8bn.
This is the only low cost company that has a business class.
FlyDubai flies to 95 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
