After the police announced that “it could be said” that they knew the motive of kidnapping Nemanja Medin, who is still being looked for dead or alive, and that suspects for the crime Vladimir Ulama from Bar and Bogdan Milic form Podgorica, whereas Darko Mijovic (26), Zoran Muhadinović (44) and Marko Vujacic Kubanac from Cetinje helped them, Dnevne Novine newspaper reports that the list of suspects is to be even longer, because of the ongoing criminal investigation against several persons.
In particular, as stated in DN’s article, the search for the Albanian national Adrian Kastrati is on. Kastrati lived in a house in Karabursko Polje neighbourhood in Podgorica until the day of Medin’s disappearance. However, his whereabouts have been unknown since that day. Police suspect that Kastrati fled to Albania and the investigation is directed precisely towards the neighbouring country, DN learns.
The Albanian national is known to police from before for committing serious crimes in the territory of Albania, which is why his family has changed its last name. Police also know him for his close business relations with Mijovic and a few other persons from Montenegro.
Medin disappeared several weeks ago and the police have been looking for him ever since. Head of the Bar police, who executed the arrest of the suspects, Ekan Jasavic, said that it was unknown if he was still alive.
