In addition to the three persons arrested on suspicion that they organised prostitution on the territory of municipalities of Budva and Kotor and in Porto Montenegro in Tivat during the summer, the prosecutors in Kotor questioned several young women that were used as sexual workers.
The three arrested, Mihailo Bojic (37) from Kolasin, residing in Budva, Sinisa Femic (31) from Bosnia and Herzegovina, residing in Tivat and Bogdan Vukcevic (26) from Podgorica who lives in Budva, denied the criminal offense they are charged with, Dnevne Novine newspaper learns.
Vukcevic’s attorney Boris Barovic told DN that a few other persons should be questioned as well and that the prosecutor’s office would make decision to extend or terminate the custody, after the hearing and the expiry of the prosecutorial custody.
According to the Police Directorate, Bojic, Femic and Vukcevic are arrested on suspicion of arranging and organising the provision of provision of sexual services in private apartments and hotels, specifying the time, place and price for the “services” in order to acquire financial gain. The suspects used a number of young women for these purposes.
The arrests were carried out within the Gloria police operation.
