Railway transport of Montenegro (ZPCG) announced that it would extend its offer when it comes to international transport during the tourist season by introducing direct trains to Moscow, Budapest and Prague.
Thus, passenger cars from Moscow, Minsk and Prague during the summer season will be a part of daily trains departing from Bar at 9am and from Belgrade to Bar at 9:10.
Direct passenger cars from Moscow via Minsk will operate as of 8 June until 16 September on Wednesdays and Fridays, from Bar to Moscow as of 9 June until 17 September on Thursdays and Saturdays. The ticket price for a sleeping car from Bar to Moscow will amount to €240.50, whereas the ticket price Podgorica-Moscow will be €236.50. The ticket price for a sleeping car from Bar to Minsk will amount to €201.50, whereas the ticket price Podgorica-Mink will be €197.50.
Direct passenger cars from Prague will operate as of 18 June until 3 September on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and from Bar to Prague as of 19 June until 4 September on Thursdays and Sundays. A return ticket in a sleeping car on the route Bar-Prague-Bar will be €247.10, whereas the price of return tickets on the route Podgorica-Prague- Podgorica will be €242.30.
The passenger cars from Budapest will be a part of the Subotica trains departing from Bar at 5pm and from Subotica to Bar at 6:30pm.
It will operate as of 17 and 18 June until 2 and 3 September on Tuesdays and Fridays, from Budapest to Bar and from Bar to Budapest on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The price for return ticket for seats amounts to €79.80 from Podgorica and €84.60 from Bar.
Reservation of seats costs €3.
Couchette carriages ticket price from Bar to Budapest is €58 and from Podgorica to Budapest is €55.60.
Ticket in a sleeping car from Bar to Budapest is €64 and from Podgorica to Budapest €61.60.
