Drago palace is a striking example of flamboyant Gothic palace with a rich plastic decoration : coats of arms, relief tympanum, leafy capitals, lion consoles, biforas, triforia et al. It dates from the XV -XVII centuries. Construction associated with the building of the Diocese partly above the arch of tufa of passageway street. Palta has two wings, one of which is northeast largely retained the characteristics of mature Gothic style, while the wing to the cathedral shows the origin of the younger forms of the Renaissance. All individual monuments within the urban core are an integral part of the architectural ensemble of the Old Town of Kotor, which has outstanding architectural, historical, cultural and artistic value, and as such is classified in the first category monument .
