The building is set in a north -south between the churches of St. And St. Joseph. Paul. It is a massive gauge on three floors. It was built in the nineteenth century by the city to project architect Mark Benzon and remained unchanged until today. Over a century of existence through the walls of this building have undergone many patriots who were here were imprisoned and tortured, and many here and nowhere to be seen.
