Palace Brajkovic – Martinovic is located west of the main square, next to the old way. It was built probably in the first half of the seventeenth century, on the site of the old house Markovic, as evidenced by an inscription with the 1623rd year, which state that the place was built Vicki, and his brothers, the sons of Tripa Markovic ( later called Martinovići ) – casada Čizmai. The palace has two floors. The second floor has a balcony, which once stretched along the entire facade. In front of the facade at the first floor, there is a terrace. Railing balconies and terraces were once made of stone balusters, are now made of cast iron. At the bottom of the terrace are two simple portal window. Above right The inscription above the coat of arms which casada Čizmai. The palace has preserved the original layout. Salon on the first floor of the palace is decorated at the end of the nineteenth century, in the style of Napoleon II. He is the only one still fully preserved salon in Perast, with original decorations and furnishings .
