Mazarovic Palace is located in the southeast of Perast called Luka, over old times. It was built in the mid eighteenth century, is one of the typical examples of late Baroque palace with a belvedere. Facade of the palace Mazarović partially obscured by a row of houses that are in front of it and direct access to the old way. The palace has two floors and a belvedere with a scroll, on which the arms Mazarović. On the ground floor is a portal, covered in bunjatu, with two oval baroque windows. Second floor balcony dominates the six consoles. In the last part of the palace, in the form of the Annex, a kitchen on two floors. With the palace there is a older house Mazarović with Renaissance features. The palace has retained its original layout, with a large central lounge in the middle, as well as authentic interior with plaster decorations on the walls, of which traces were preserved despite prolonged exposure to atmospheric conditions. The palace is in ruins for more than a century .
